So you like to keep your options open; well so do we. You can select and deselect both countries and cities as favorites. Tap on the globe icon from the bottom left and tap on the star for the location you want to mark as favorite and to remove the same location tap on the orange star and it will be removed.

To overcome connection issues, try some simple troubleshooting below:

1. Switch between protocol options in the app (UDP/TCP/IKEv2/WireGuard).

2. Connect VPN using the “Fastest VPN Server” option.

3. Why stay in one place? Select a new country or city option to resolve the issue.

4. We all need a fresh start sometimes!! Try logging out from the VPN application & log back in to connect.

3. Turn off “Automatic” to change your protocol selection.

4. Select your preferred protocol from the given list.

A number of factors can affect the connection speed; please try the following steps one by one:

If you want to get a little more particular with your location selection, simply tap the side menu and go to location screen and tap the arrow icon provided beside locations. A list of cities will be displayed. Tap on your desired city to connect or type your desired city in the search box.

Go to ‘profile’ from the left panel of the App and click on “Logout”.

Click on the side menu and go to location screen. To sort locations alphabetically or by popularity, click on the sorting icon from the top right and you will see the available options.
